Whether you’re planning a wedding, shower, birthday, corporate gathering, or something entirely your own, our offerings are designed to feel at home within your celebration, beautifully presented, intentionally curated, and made for gathering.
GRAZING TABLES & SPREADS
Our grazing tables can be styled as a beautiful flat-lay spread or elevated with our tiered display rentals. We have a gorgeous selection of display pieces ranging from natural wood and ceramic elements to elevated silver and gold pieces, allowing us to customize the look to complement each event.
Appetizer Grazing
A beautifully styled spread of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, seasonal fruit, breads, crackers, and accompaniments. Perfect for cocktail hours, showers, celebrations, and gatherings where grazing is an addition to the meal.
Main Meal Grazing
A more abundant grazing experience designed to serve as the meal, with heartier portions and additional options such as locally sourced individual artisan pizzas or ciabatta sliders.
Dessert Grazing
A beautifully styled spread of curated sweets, seasonal fruit, and locally sourced desserts customized around the occasion.
Custom Grazing Experiences
Looking for a little bit of everything? We can create a customized grazing experience that combines elements from our different offerings—such as charcuterie, fresh fruit, and desserts—to create a spread tailored to your celebration.
Grazing experiences are customized to each event, with a 25-guest minimum. Final proposals are based on guest count, menu selections, event location, styling + display needs, and level of service. Applicable service, travel + delivery, rental fees, and sales tax may also apply.
The Bee-Spoke Cart
Our signature mobile cart brings an interactive, full-service and fully styled food experience directly to your celebration. From setup and styling to serving essentials and attentive service, we provide the details needed to create a seamless experience for you and your guests. Choose from charcuterie, cannoli, and dessert experiences, or work with us to create something custom for your event.

Popular dates can fill quickly, especially during wedding and holiday seasons, so we always recommend reaching out as soon as you know your event date.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVE?
Weddings, bridal and baby showers, birthdays, corporate gatherings, celebrations and everything in between. If people are gathering, chances are we can create something special for it.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH OFFERING IS RIGHT FOR MY EVENT?
You don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Tell us about your celebration, guest count and vision, and we’ll help guide you toward the experience that makes the most sense.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENTS?
Manna Boards serves Rochester, the Finger Lakes, and surrounding areas. Travel outside our standard service area may be available depending on the event and location.
How much time do you need for setup?
We generally require access to the event space 1–2 hours before your event begins for setup. Exact timing will depend on your selected experience, guest count, venue, and display needs.
How long is full-service cart service?
Our full-service Bee-Spoke Cart experiences typically include up to two hours of live service. Additional service time can also be arranged when needed.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE ALLERGIES OR DIETARY NEEDS?
